Question 1: What SCHADS level will I be on?

Depends on qualifications and experience. This will be discussed with you during the interview. No qualifications is a level 1.1 and paid a base rate of $31.76. Certificate 3 Individual Support is a Level 1.3 and is paid at $33.96, Cert 4 Disability is a level 2.2 and is paid at $43.08. There are variations to this, you can use this as a guide.

Question 2: What are the absolute minimum requirements to work with you?

You'll need as a minimum to be working towards a Certificate III in Individual Supports Disability, a current First Aid & CPR, Working With Childrens, Police check within past 14 days, NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Question 4: What training do I need?

NDIS Orientation, Manual Handling, Infection Control, First Aid/CPR, and GSA policy modules.

Question 3: What is the pay cycle?

Weekly, Thursday to Wednesday, paid each Friday.
