1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or using our website, engaging our services, or hiring personnel through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any applicable laws and regulations of Victoria and Australia. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


2. Services Provided


We provide labour hire services, connecting qualified and licensed workers with employers across various industries. All workers are employed or contracted by us and provided to host employers for temporary, contract, or project-based assignments.


3. Obligations of the Host Employer


As a host employer, you agree to:


Provide a safe and compliant workplace under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic).Comply with all applicable industrial instruments, employment laws, and the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).Not request or direct our workers to perform unsafe or unlawful tasks. Supervise and manage daily work performed by our workers as if they were your own employees. Promptly notify us of any incidents, injuries, or disputes involving our workers.


4. Our Responsibilities


We will:


Ensure our workers are appropriately qualified and licensed for the duties they are assigned. Maintain workers' compensation insurance and appropriate public liability cover. Comply with all labour hire licensing requirements under the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic).Pay our workers in accordance with applicable awards and agreements.


5. Payment Terms


Host employers agree to pay all invoices within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest or administrative fees.


6. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant services.


7. Privacy


We comply with the

Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our

Privacy Policy.


8. Termination


We may suspend or terminate services to any client who breaches these Terms or applicable law. You may also terminate services with notice, subject to agreed-upon cancellation terms.


9. Changes to Terms


We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


10. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
